You will receive your images already cut, so it's super easy to peel and decorate your cupcakes and cookies.

Bring your sweet ideas to life with printed 100% edible images. These are so versaltile and can be used in so many ways!

Q: How does it work?

Email your image to images@prettysweetsupplies.com.au along with any instructions on dimensions and quantities.

Q: How long does it normally take to print?

A: We do all our printing overnight so it's ready for collection at 8:30am the next day. Orders must be received by 4pm for next day collection.

If you have an urgent order, we can do same day printing for $2 extra, but the images need to be emailed to us by 10am and collected at 4:30pm. This is also subject to availability, so please call and check with us before placing the order.

Q: Once printed, how long does it last?

A: Once printed, edible images last 6 months. They should be kept in the ziplock bag (the one we provide you with) to prevent drying out and out of direct sunlight to stop fading.

Q: What if I would like to print circles?

A: We can certainly do circles for you. Email us your image and tell us the diameter of the circles and how many you would like to a page. It must fit on an A4 page. We will email you back with a proof and print it once approved by you. Please note, these circles will have faint outlines and you will need to cut them yourselves.

Q: Do we just stick the print to the top of the iced cake?

A: Always handle your printed icing sheets with care, using clean dry hands. If you need to cut your edible image do so while it is still on the backing sheet.

The icing sheets peel very easily from the backing sheet.

For best results apply the icing sheet to a level surface. They can be applied to buttercream, fondant, royal icing and even ice cream. Before the topping has had time to form a crust (as in the case of buttercream) lower the icing sheet onto the topping starting at the middle and working outward, gently smooth using your hands or a small roller. If the butter cream has formed a crust then spray with a fine mist of water before application.

Harder toppings such as fondant, royal icing and marzipan will require a fine spray mist of water, or similar before application.

We do not recommend placing icing sheets directly onto whipped cream due to the high moisture content, which will be absorbed by the icing sheet and impact the quality of the image. If you wish to apply the edible image to whipped cream, apply to a thin layer of fondant or white chocolate first, to act as a barrier between the cream and the icing sheet.

Q: What are the ingredients?

A: We use icing sheets from a few sources, so always check with us if you're working with people who have allergies or intolerances. At the moment, our sheets have these ingredients:

Starches (E1422, E1412), maltodextrin, glycerine, sugar, water, stabilizers (E414, E460i), dextrose, emulsifiers (E435, E471), food colour (E171), flavours (vanillin), preservative (E202, E330).

Dairy, nut, gluten and egg FREE.

Allergens: May contain traces of corn.
